Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission

Establishes policy for the practice of pharmacy, including licensing, disciplinary hearings and enforcement of laws pertaining to legal drugs; licenses the manufacture and sale of poisons.

Statutory Term Limits
Member Requirements: Ten pharmacists registered under the laws of the state of Washington for at least five years immediately preceding appointment and representative of the areas of practice and geographically representative of the state; four general public members who are not affiliated with any aspect of pharmacy; one pharmacy technician registered under the laws of the state of Washington. No person may serve more than two full terms.
