| Statutory Term Limits | Members must not be appointed to more than two full consecutive four-year terms. |
Member Requirements: Board members appointed under subsection (1)(a) or (b) of this section shall serve four-year terms following the initial staggered lot determination in subsection (3) of this section and must not be appointed to more than two full consecutive four-year terms.
