Statutory Term LimitsNo person who has been appointed to and served for two four year terms shall be eligible for appointment to the commission.
Member Requirements: Nine pharmacists registered under the laws of the state of Washington for at least five years immediately preceding appointment and representative of the areas of practice and geographically representative of the state; four general public members who are not affiliated with any aspect of pharmacy; two pharmacy technicians registered under the laws of the state of Washington; one member shall either be a pharmacist member or a public member that is an owner, operator, or officer of a pharmacy who is not licensed as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician. No person may serve more than two full terms.
