Request help with state services

Use this form to request assistance with an issue involving a state agency. We will refer the matter to the agency for a response; the agency will usually respond within two weeks.

Please call (360) 902-4111 with questions or to provide updated information as you wait for a response from the appropriate agency.

Guidelines:

  • Do not use this form to send the governor an email or present general concerns. Please use our general contact form for those purposes.
  • Please refer local issues to local authorities. We cannot help with issues involving local police departments or housing authorities, for example.
  • Please provide a method for us to contact you.
