The governor’s Washington, D.C., office represents the governor and state government in the nation’s capital. Its staff work with the state’s congressional delegation and advocate before Congress and the federal administration to advance Washington’s interests. This office also works with other states and interacts with domestic and international organizations based in Washington, D.C.
