Health Care Facilities Authority

Authorizes the sale of tax-exempt, non-recourse revenue bonds and loan proceeds to non-profit health-care facilities. Sells bonds in the name of the authority and are payable from an individual hospital's revenue. Performs various computation tasks such as average useful life, debt capacity analysis, rating analysis, and financing process timeline projections.
