Public Stadium Authority Board of Directors

Represents the public's interest in Lumen Field & Event Center and overseeing First & Goal Inc.'s operation of the facility for the benefit of all Washington state citizens. It remains a showcase that will attract national and international sports, entertainment and trade events and visitors.

Member Requirements: A public stadium authority shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of seven members appointed by the governor. The speaker of the house of representatives, the minority leader of the house of representatives, the majority leader of the senate, and the minority leader of the senate shall each recommend to the governor a person to be appointed to the board.
