Gov. Inslee extends Central and Eastern Washington burn ban to September 3

Gov. Jay Inslee today announced a new extension to the burn ban that includes most outdoor and agricultural burning for 20 counties east of the crest of the Cascades. The burn ban, which was scheduled to end at noon today, is extended twelve days until noon Wednesday, Sept. 3.
