Boiler Rules, Board of

Formulates definitions, rules, and regulations for the safe and proper construction, installation, repair, use and operation of boilers and the repair of unfired pressure vessels.

Statutory Term Limits
Member Requirements: One representative of owners and users of boilers and unfired pressure vessels within the state; one representative of boiler or unfired pressure vessel manufacturers within the state; one representative of a boiler insurance company licensed to do business within the state; one mechanical engineer on the faculty of a recognized engineering college or a graduate mechanical engineer having equivalent experience; and one representative of the boilermakers, stationary operating engineers, or pressure vessel operators.
